Play should always stay a pleasure.
For more than seventy-five years the Lotto Receivers' Union has stood for the dignity and integrity of Malta's lotto receivers. That same sense of responsibility extends to the way the game is played. Lotto and the National Lottery are a long-cherished part of Maltese life, and they should remain a source of harmless enjoyment for everyone who takes part. The L.R.U. and the agents it represents are firmly committed to responsible gaming and to safeguarding the wellbeing of the players who walk through their doors. Our members serve their communities every day, and they are often the first point of contact between a player and the game. We take that trust seriously. We support strict age verification, the promotion of sensible play, and the early recognition of anyone who may be at risk. Where a player needs help, our receivers are ready to point them, without judgement, towards the confidential professional support available in Malta.
